What we collect

• Order requests: your name, email address, optional phone number, delivery note and the items you selected.
• Contact and wholesale enquiries: your name, email address, subject and message.
• Newsletter: your email address, if you choose to join the list.
• Technical: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, requested page) kept by our hosting provider for security.

We do not run advertising or analytics trackers on this site. Your basket is stored in your own browser (localStorage) and is not sent to us until you submit an order request.

Why we use it

To answer your enquiry, quote and fulfil an order, and to send the newsletter you asked for. Our legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract, performing a contract, and legitimate interest in keeping the site secure.

How long we keep it

Order requests and enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle the order and meet accounting obligations. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. Server logs are kept by the host for a short security window.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email shop@nasibkaur.uk and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to your national data protection authority.

Sharing

We share data only with the providers needed to run the site and deliver orders — hosting, email and delivery partners — and only what they need. We do not sell data.
