Orders

An order request sent through this site is an offer to buy, not a concluded contract. We confirm availability, price and delivery by email; the contract is formed when we send that confirmation. We may decline an order if stock is unavailable or the details cannot be verified.

Prices and payment

Retail prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery costs are confirmed with the order. Wholesale prices are quoted per unit and are separate from the retail prices shown on the shop. No payment is taken on this website; payment instructions follow with the order confirmation.

Delivery

Orders are dispatched from stock within two working days of confirmation. Delivery times vary by destination within Europe and are confirmed with your order. Risk passes to you on delivery.

Returns and cancellations

Consumers in the EU may cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods. In addition we accept returns of unworn, unwashed pairs with tags within 30 days of delivery. Return postage is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty. Wholesale returns are agreed per order and stated in the quote.

Liability

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms. We are not responsible for loss that is not foreseeable, for business losses in consumer orders, or for normal wear and tear, shrinkage from incorrect washing, or colour fading that comes with wear.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live. Write to shop@nasibkaur.uk first — most issues are settled in one email.
